Based: Bristol office; but site based around Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. Typically working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.

Your experience in a customer-facing environment, along with ongoing training and development, will enable you to solve problems, meet deadlines, and understand that your work positively impacts our customers and communities. This role is primarily site-based, serving as the heartbeat of our operations. It also includes supporting some administrative tasks, which can be done 1–2 days per week from the local office or from home—whichever suits you best.

Role responsibilities – Contract Liaison Officers
* Support site or contract with liaison between customers, clients, and the wider community
* Handle enquiries/issues related to works delivered by site teams and sub-contractors, acting as the ‘voice and face’ at a contract and site level, demonstrating experience in delivering social value and customer-focused service in a demanding public-facing environment
* Lead on delivering contractual commitments including planning and scheduling community, skills, and employment initiatives, aligned with the Social Value Act
* Establish effective communication systems to keep the site team informed while maintaining good relationships with customers and the Novus team
* Coordinate information regarding upcoming works and maintain records of current works and contractual commitments
* Handle complaints and resolve concerns positively
* Deliver and manage Social Value and excellent customer service as key parts of our service to clients, with a passion to go the ‘extra mile’
* Conduct site visits with clients and customers
* Generate technical instructions, site notes, and observations
* Identify case studies demonstrating excellent customer service and social value impact for use in tendering new contracts
* Manage reporting requirements for contracts
About you
Experience in social housing and communication is key, along with confident presentation skills. Proficiency in IT is essential. Flexibility regarding hours and travel is required. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be able to complete a DBS check. This role is also known as Tenant or Resident Liaison Officer.
