Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 2nd line support for SaaS products.
* Investigate and diagnose customer-reported issues.
* Work with engineering to resolve bugs and improve stability.
* Keep customers informed with clear, friendly communication.
* Log requests accurately and follow SLAs.
* Install and commission software on customer servers.
* Keep customers on the latest versions.
What I'm Looking For:
* Experience in technical support or a similar role.
* Strong troubleshooting ability and quick learning.
* Clear communication skills.
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities.
* Confident using remote access tools
Nice To have:
* SaaS or healthcare tech exposure.
* Windows Server or Linux experience.
* SQL/database knowledge.
* Ambition to grow into a senior technical role.
