Let us tell you more about the Hydraulics Engineering Design Graduate Programme: a perfect blend of personal and professional development, exposing you to the frontline and core of our business.
Severn Trent Capital and Commercial Services design and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines and treatment facilities. As a Graduate Engineer you will work on a range of projects covering drainage, sewage treatment plants, water supply, water treatment plants, reservoirs and pump stations, handling material selection, pipeline construction, operation conditions and energy consumption.
We face critical challenges such as population growth, extreme weather events, water shortages, droughts and carbon emissions. You will work alongside engineers trialing advanced technology and innovation to address these issues.
Your experience will span three 9‑month placements across our engineering design teams. You may be involved in sewerage systems, tank design for sewage treatment, distribution pipe design, or clean water treatment plant design.
