£58,000 - £59,000 per annum
4 on 4 off - 2 Days / 2 Nights rotating shift pattern

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We're recruiting for a skilled engineer to join a well-established FMCG business in Northamptonshire.


The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you will play a crucial role in keeping production running smoothly by:

* Responding promptly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns

* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

* Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime

* Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams


? What We're Looking For:
* Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / 18th Edition or equivalent)

* Proven experience in a FMCG / food production environment

* Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance

* Proactive and solution-focused approach to engineering challenges

* Comfortable working 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
