A new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a small team based in Stafford. This role provides the chance to work within a supportive environment – with clear opportunities for progression.
The role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, delivering high-quality client services and contributing to the continued growth of the team. The role covers a range of transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold titles and new build properties.

* Provide exceptional client care and maintain professional standards
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
* Comprehensive experience in residential property matters, including sales, purchases, refinancing, transfers of equity, leasehold titles and new build transactions
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Client-focused and professional approach
* Full understanding of CQS requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance cover
* Proactive and adaptable attitude
