Esland’s The Retreat Home, rated Good by Ofsted, is looking for a Senior Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our passionate, dedicated team. What You’ll Do
* Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
* Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
What You’ll Earn
* Annual salary: £38,554 (based on £15.45/hour + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
* Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care
* Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
