Driver Hire Nottingham and Mansfield is seeking a talented, driven, and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in a 360-degree recruitment role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultant with at least one year of experience in the recruitment sector or a field sales role to make a real impact in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Driver Hire Nottingham and Mansfield, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to meeting with both existing and prospective clients. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for:
Managing the full recruitment cycle for both temporary and permanent placements
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Visiting client sites to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Sourcing and interviewing candidates to ensure the right fit for the job and company culture
Delivering excellent customer service and driving business development
What We’re Looking For:
At least one year of experience in recruitment or a field sales role
A results-driven approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
A proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence (as client visits will be a key part of the role)
