Job Description
Summary of the role:
Execo is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to own full-cycle sales across a diverse and fast-growing portfolio of service lines—including model training support for AI, SDR/marketing services, HubSpot Ops, and remote customer support/EA solutions.
This is a critical role: you’ll step into a function currently owned by the CRO, and help us build a repeatable and scalable sales engine. You’ll manage deals from intro call through proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contract signature, working closely with SDRs, delivery teams, and leadership.

What you will do:
* Own and close full-cycle deals across multiple service lines
* Lead discovery calls, design tailored service solutions, and scope client needs
* Collaborate with SDRs on lead follow-up and pipeline development
* Create proposals, manage pricing conversations, and negotiate terms
* Ensure smooth hand-off to Customer Success and Delivery teams
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
* Provide market feedback to GTM and delivery leads
What you bring:
* 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, outsourcing, or tech-enabled delivery
* Demonstrated success owning full-cycle deals and consistently hitting targets
* Comfortable selling into a range of stakeholders across departments (e.g., RevOps, Product, Marketing, Legal)
* Experience working with or selling to globally distributed teams
* Confident with CRMs (HubSpot experience preferred), strong proposal writing and commercial instincts
* Must be based in Northern Ireland and authorized to work in the UK
