Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Systems Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP, MES, automation, and traceability solutions. You will collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate our vision into actionable project plans, manage delivery, and ensure impactful outcomes.
* Lead digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards, including traceability and sustainability.
* Oversee the rollout of new systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
* Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate understanding and success during and after project implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
