Working Hours
CH&CO optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
Main Responsibilities
* Based in our busy bars, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
* You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests.
* This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications
* Knowledge in pairing wine with menu dishes is ideal, but full training is provided.
* Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
