What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and tailored hire solutions. Daily tasks include:
* Handling calls, emails & digital enquiries
* Recommending the right products and services
* Processing hires, off-hires & order changes
* Spotting opportunities to add value
* Building strong customer relationships
* Ensuring smooth, accurate, compliant transactions
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales or customer service (hire/construction a bonus)
* Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
* Organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
* Confident in a high‑volume environment
* Comfortable using CRM and order systems
