We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
* Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
* Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
Skills
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
* Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and efficiently within the team.
