An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Community Shop Manager at our Shrewsbury Superstore.
We are seeking an energetic and passionate person to join our team to cover a 6month maternity leave.
Severn Hospice has a network of shops across Shropshire and Mid-Wales. These shops generate a substantial level of income to support Severn Hospice to care for patients and their families from the community they operate with.
As a Community Shop Manager you will have the freedom to make local decisions to drive the business within the local community to maximise every sales opportunity. You will motivate and develop a team of volunteers setting to a high standard of customer service.
You will be expected to create an exciting shop floor experience that makes Severn Hospice stand out from its competitors whilst driving volunteer recruitment to increase volunteers numbers.
This role will be full time based in our Superstoreto include weekend working.
