As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll lead a mobile technical team, ensuring PPM and reactive maintenance services run seamlessly for a major UK retail client. You’ll drive compliance audits, maintain legislative and regulatory standards, and foster strong technician and client relationships to uphold service excellence.
You'll also manage budgets, control costs, and seek business development opportunities, helping to enhance service delivery and support long-term strategic goals.
What You'll Bring...
Essential:
* A strong technical background in hard FM with expertise in PPM & compliance.
* Leadership experience in a multi-client retail FM environment, managing mobile teams.
* Ability to analyse performance data, improve KPI results, and utilize CAFM systems effectively.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Technical qualifications in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing.
* Membership in CIBSE, BIFM, or equivalent industry bodies.
