Field-based Door-to-Door Fundraising Manager - Locations open to Kent, Berkshire, Lancashire, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, Hertfordshire, Exeter, Newcastle, Cumbria - £30,000 - £32,000 plus bonus. (OTE £7k)
Establish a new regional door-to-door fundraising operation in the designated area from the ground up. Manage, coach, and lead door-to-door fundraising teams, oversee area management, and handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation.
Reporting to: Campaign Manager
The Fundraising Manager will lead, train, and manage local fundraising teams to conduct door-to-door activities for charity partners.
Ensure all long-term targets are met according to the campaign plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and develop a door-to-door fundraising operation in the region.
* Implement supporter recruitment strategies focusing on donor quality and retention.
* Achieve fundraising targets within designated areas.
* Add value to the business and support national campaign growth.
* Maintain cancellation rates for supporters within acceptable limits.
* Lead, motivate, and manage teams following HR policies.
* Achieve an average annual donation above £120 per supporter.
* Manage and track fundraising areas for quality and efficiency.
* Participate in skill-sharing activities and company meetings.
* Conduct training and assessments for new starters, adhering to policies and standards.
* Train and develop team members to meet performance targets.
* Develop and maintain campaign assets and equipment.
* Investigate and address any loss or damage to company property.
* Monitor company vehicle use to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain high health and safety standards for staff and contractors.
