As the Hospitality Manager/Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within our exclusive events, ensuring that all guests experience exceptional service in a premium environment. The role involves managing both the front of house and the back of house team, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of all services.
Responsibilities
* Supervise events, ensuring all guests receive personalized and exceptional service during all interactions.
* Ensure delivery of a premium service experience that exceeds guests' expectations, maintaining high satisfaction and loyalty.
* Lead and motivate team to maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.
* Handle client requests, complaints, and special requirements with discretion, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
* Manage staffing levels during service, ensuring efficient team deployment while controlling labour costs.
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are adhered to, maintaining a safe and elegant environment for clients.
* Coordinate events by working with floor staff and other departments such as kitchen, bar, and the entire event team.
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
* Contribute to operational planning, staff development, and process improvement initiatives.
* Handle extend guests' complaints and special requests with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution and a positive outcome.
