Summary: We’re expanding our team to support enterprise-wide SAP and Finance programmes, focusing on Finance Transformation and SAP S/4HANA enabled change. We’re hiring a Data Migration Manager to support our SAP Projects and Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact for clients and your development.
What your days will look like
* Managing data workstream on large S4/HANA programmes.
* Working with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyse data migration requirements.
* Leading teams to design, build, test, and execute data migrations.
* Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Manager level.
* Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements.
* Working across multiple areas of Data and Analytics (e.g., data and reporting strategy, reporting and KPIs definition, data governance, data quality) depending on project scope and lifecycle stage.
* Being actively involved in business development activities to identify opportunities with new/existing clients.
* Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for clients.
* Contributing to managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing outputs.
This role is for you if
* You have significant experience in S4/HANA Consulting.
* You have working knowledge and experience of managing Data Migration projects in SAP environments.
* You are an SAP data expert with at least two end-to-end design and implementation programmes within SAP ECC or S4/HANA projects.
* You have experience with cutover planning and preparation of data migration plans.
* You have experience of migration dress rehearsals and migration cutover tasks.
* Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and understanding of ETL tools for S/4HANA (e.g., SDI, SDQ).
* You have experience in Data Quality and Cleansing of Data.
* Understanding and previous usage of ABAP is advantageous.
* Team lead experience of 2–5 people.
