About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that opportunity. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.
There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays effectively to meet customer expectations.
We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing development, making this a great opportunity if you're looking to grow in retail.

You are naturally friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments, and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You will be a role model to your colleagues, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
