Business Development Executive – GLOBAL drinks brand

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom

Base pay range: Information provided by PIE Recruitment

* Bonus up to 20%
* Company Car

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Representative to take ownership of on‑premise sales and marketing across West London. This is not your typical sales role—it’s fast‑paced, highly autonomous, and deeply embedded in the hospitality and events industry.


What You’ll Be Doing


Brand Champion

* Represent a premium lifestyle brand across top bars, clubs, cafés, festivals, and exclusive events.
* Ensure product visibility and availability wherever you go.
* Bring energy, creativity, and authenticity to every interaction.


Relationship Builder

* Strengthen long‑term partnerships with existing customers and forge new ones with key influencers.
* Build a network of decision‑makers in hospitality and F&B, spreading enthusiasm for the brand.
* Establish your reputation as a trusted expert in the local scene.
* Own the sales and marketing strategy for your region.
* Stay ahead of trends and spot new opportunities.
* Develop innovative pitches and tools to win new business.
* Make every customer meeting insightful and impactful.
* Use your negotiation skills to drive mutual growth.
* Solve problems creatively and keep the brand top‑of‑mind in the on‑premise sector.


What You’ll Bring

* A strong network in nightlife, hospitality, or F&B—or the ability to build one quickly.
* Experience in bartending, event promotion, catering, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable with tablets, smartphones, and digital tools.
* A flexible schedule and a love for autonomy—no two days (or nights) are the same.
* Street‑smart, socially adaptable, and respectful to all.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Commercial awareness and analytical thinking to drive value for both the brand and the customer.
* Passion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
