Salary: £27 per day + Van & Fuel Card.
Location: Bracknell.

Role Overview
Housing Maintenance Specialist carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
* Repair electrical parts and install components.
* Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
* Rewire homes.
* Fault finding and socket changes.
* Inspect and test electrical installations.
* Receive and complete works via PDA device.
Skills & Experience
* 18th Edition Level 3 NVQ.
* Full UK Driver's Licence.
* Social Housing experience preferred.
Offer
* Straight permanent or Temp-to-Permanent, 40K per year.
