About the role
BSWA seeks a MARAC IDVA Services Manager to lead and develop the MARAC IDVA service, supporting women deemed at high risk of domestic abuse. You will supervise, support and develop a staff team, ensuring a high quality service for women and children who have experienced abuse.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of BSWA’s Management Team to manage and develop the MARAC IDVA service.
* Supervise, support and develop a staff team to deliver a high quality service for women and children who have experienced abuse.
Experience Required
* Working with women and children affected by domestic violence.
* Project management and delivery.
* Data collection, compliance and analysis to shape service delivery, development and staff performance.
* Line management of staff/volunteers.
* Developing good working relationships with other organisations, both voluntary and statutory.
* Managing safeguarding issues for vulnerable women and children.
