Stannah is recruiting ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers for our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.
Requirements
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4‑9 (A‑C) passes in Maths and English.
* Strong interest in engineering or practical experience in a related role.
* A valid driving licence or working towards one.

Responsibilities
* Shadow qualified engineers assisting with servicing and repair of lifts.
* Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
* Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
* Participate in at least 20% off‑the‑job training.
* Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
Training & Development
* Duration of 40 months.
* A mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre.
* Achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering, Market‑Aligned Salary, paid monthly.

Starting salary of £17,164, reviewed regularly based on performance. Flexible working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–16:45 and Friday 8:00–15:45.
