Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We require experience in a Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Lead, or Senior Applications Analyst capacity. We require strong experience in application lifecycle management across an estate of SaaS and hybrid applications. We require strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services in an organisational setting. We require hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online. We require experience working with core enterprise business systems such as Finance, CRM, HR, and Payroll. We require project management or project lead experience. We require experience delivering commercial SaaS software implementations or upgrades, including build, configuration, UAT/testing, UX, training, and support. We require experience supporting service improvement initiatives. We require experience mentoring or leading teams, including line management, performance management, or team motivation. We require strong supplier management skills. We prefer relevant certifications such as Microsoft, vendor-specific, PRINCE2, or ITIL. We prefer experience implementing or operating Microsoft Purview capabilities. We prefer experience with Azure. We prefer experience with Power Apps. Responsibilities: We will expect you to take end-to-end ownership of our application estate and associated integrations. We will expect you to act as product owner for our systems and manage the application roadmap. We will expect you to drive continuous improvement, upgrades, usability, adoption, and value across our digital estate. We will expect you to project manage implementations and upgrades. We will expect you to manage stakeholders and provide reporting. We will expect you to manage third-party suppliers. We will expect you to create and maintain product roadmaps. We will expect you to oversee project management activities related to our application estate. We will expect you to support service provision and operational continuity. We will expect you to maintain a super user network. We will expect you to protect data integrity and security. We will expect you to produce systems documentation and training materials. We will expect you to support the ongoing operation, efficiency, implementation, and upgrade of our digital application estate.
