The successful candidates will be able to use their own initiative and able to problem solve through quick thinking as situations arise. You will be able to clearly communicate with our service users both verbally and in writing as they themselves may struggle to communicate effectively. The Role Role: Care and Support Worker Hours: Part Time, 16-24 hours per week Shifts: Various Day Shifts Available Between 07:00: 19:00. As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks: Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities, Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents Encourage independence and self-belief Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy. Person Specification Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification Personable, an effective communicator and a team player Passionate about delivering a quality care service Flexible with hours.
