This company has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail to help process information and follow a process on their CRM system. This is a temporary position for the next 3 months with the possibility of an extension. You must be available for work immediately and able to work 5 days a week. Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid working. Some of the duties will include: Assist the team with inbound customer inquiries. Forward information on to relevant clients Keep the CRM system up-to-date with all relevant information Manage a shared inbox Send information onto the escalations team The suitable candidate: Previous admin experience Immediately available for work Strong communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines Commutable distance to Amersham Looking for the next step in your career?
