THE ROLE:
This role manages claims and litigation for solicitors across the region, representing and advocating on behalf of Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings and related proceedings. It involves providing legal guidance and support to colleagues on matters affecting professionals within the region, as well as contributing to the training and development of staff and Union members on relevant legal issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
The organisation is seeking qualified solicitors with a minimum of two years' post:qualification experience and a background in employment law. You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of client care.
