The Burns, Plastics and Dermatology Division at Mid & South Essex Hospitals Foundation is seeking an experienced and dynamic operational manager to join our senior leadership team as the Deputy General Manager for Plastic Surgery & Burns.

Main duties of the job
* Responsible for the operational and financial delivery of tertiary clinical services
* Work closely with the Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, Clinical Lead and nursing leads
* Direct management responsibility for dermatology services across Mid and South Essex by driving the strategic agenda within the Plastic Surgery & Burns Service
* Support teams to resolve day-to-day management issues, ensuring they are of a consistently high quality and deliver excellent patient experience
* Deliver on key objectives within MSE including cost pressures, service developments, improvement programmes and commissioning
