Salary: £12.80. Hours: 30/36/37.5/42/48. The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. There are flexible options to suit your commitments.
Overview Of The Role

Key Duties
* Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance
* Medication administration
* Assisting and engaging residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing required training
Personal Attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication are key characteristics of a successful Night Social Care Worker.

Work Location & Services
We provide flexible, individually‑tailored supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and associated complex needs. Support ranges from a few hours a day to full‑time, 24‑7 specialist care, tailored to the requirements, capabilities, and preferences of those we support. We work closely with local authority commissioners and partners to support people in living as independently as possible while providing the necessary care and assistance.
