Accountable and reporting to: Head of Undergraduate Division, School of Medicine, University of Dundee / Director of Medical Education, NHS Tayside
Contract: 1 year (August 2026–August 2027)

The School of Medicine, in partnership with NHS Tayside, is pleased to offer the opportunity for two Medical Education Development Fellows. These posts were established using Additional Cost of Teaching (ACT) funding. They are designed to allow doctors in training who wish to develop skills in medical education and teaching to undertake a formal period of training, complete a higher qualification and gain experience by contributing to the delivery and development of the Dundee undergraduate medical curriculum.
Fellows will take 1 year Out of Programme Experience (OOPE) from their training programme to undertake this role.
Interviews will take place on 19th January 2026 via MS Teams.
