We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Administrator to support our operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
General Office Administration
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Filing and organizing digital and physical documents
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
IT Asset & Inventory Management
* Tracking hardware and software inventory
* Coordinating procurement and delivery of IT equipment
* Ensuring warranty and license records are up to date

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
* Creating and managing purchase orders
* Liaising with suppliers and distributors
* Comparing quotes and negotiating pricing
* Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving delays
* Reconciling invoices and coordinating with finance

Documentation & Compliance
* Maintaining client contracts, SLAs
* Assisting with GDPR, or other compliance documentation
3.
Client & Team Support
* Updating CRM systems with client details and service notes
* Supporting ticketing systems (ConnectWise)
* Assisting with internal communications and team coordination
Required Skills & Attributes
* Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Adaptability to new IT systems and tools
* Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident negotiation and vendor management capabilities
Additional Information/Company Benefits
* 20 days plus bank holidays. You will receive and additional days holiday every year after 2 years of employment up to a maximum of 25 days

* This is office-based role with normal working hours of 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week). However, flexible working will be considered.
