What youll be doing:
Running a slick, organised reservations function across all services
Leading, coaching and developing the host & reservations team
Managing table flow with a sharp eye on revenue and experience
Being front and centre on the floor - hosting, spotting VIPs, making moments happen
Building and maintaining strong local relationships - this is a people-first, network-driven role
Driving proactive bookings, especially around key trading times like lunch and weekends
Working closely with senior FOH leadership to elevate the overall guest experience
