About the role
5. Full ° sales role covering both new business and account management within an assigned NHS territory.
6. Own a defined healthcare territory, driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing NHS accounts through adoption and expansion initiatives.
7. Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
8. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, managing procurement processes and ensuring exceptional customer experience post-sale.
9. Act as the key relationship holder for NHS clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
About you
10. 3+ years’ experience in a sales role (business development + account management) within a complex, consultative sales environment.
11. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in public sector or healthcare SaaS or technology sales.
12. Strong stakeholder management and solution-selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement frameworks.
13. Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a blend of hunter mentality and relationship focus.
14. Confident communicator, comfortable engaging C-suite and clinical leaders.
15. Experience with Salesforce CRM and knowledge of NHS procurement or frameworks is highly desirable.

16. Up to £55, base + uncapped commission + accelerators
17. HYBRID - 1-2 days p/w in South London office
