What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting delivery of client projects and transformation programmes
* Assisting with analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
* Learning consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks
* Contributing to project governance, reporting, and planning activities
* Working alongside experienced consultants to build practical capability
Development & Accreditation
A key part of these roles is your progression. You will:
* Receive structured training aligned to recognised frameworks (e.g. SFIA)
* Be supported to achieve relevant certifications (role-dependent), such as:
* Business Analysis qualifications
* Change management certifications
* Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
* Technical certifications aligned to your specialism
* Build a portfolio of delivery experience across multiple engagements
