Job Description POST: Trainee Engineer REPORTS TO: L&D Manager DEPARTMENT: Learning and Development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support senior engineers in the design and implementation of construction projects. Health & Safety Compliance. Provide support in maintenance and operation of building services systems, including mechanical and electrical packages. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Commit to continuous learning and professional development. PERSON SPECIFICATION Desirable Essential GCSE grades 4 (C) or above in at least five subjects, including Mathematics, Science and English Language. x Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. x Strong analytical and problem-solving skills x Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. x Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. x Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. x Previous work experience in building services or a related field is preferred. x This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
