Health Assessment Specialist
£21,691.58 Per Year Plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses And Benefits.
Part time, 30 hours per week. Field Based – only consider applicants residing in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
Shift schedule: Three 10‑hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours, scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Rota is provided three weeks in advance. Option to request two days off per month.
Travel: Regular travel up to two hours to venue, outside the 10‑hour shift. For travel over 1.5 hours, paid accommodation and meal allowance are provided.
Day‑to‑day duties: Plan routes, set up equipment, greet customers, conduct health assessments for 15‑22 customers per day with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes. Provide guidance on further testing and update administration records.

Qualifications and Skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a standard‑sized car, with ability to store kit at home.
* Flexibility to work any day Monday‑Sunday and any shift between 6 am and 10 pm.
* Proficient computer, laptop, phone or tablet usage.
* Clear DBS check (processed by employer).
* Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home and occasional overnight stays.
* Reside within appropriate distance of the regional location.
* Capacity to attend two‑week training in Milton Keynes, with paid accommodation and meals if required.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
* Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem‑solving, organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Experience working with customers and upselling additional products.
* Experience meeting targets or KPI’s.
* Experience in phlebotomy or other clinical procedures (desirable).
* Good clinical knowledge (desirable).
* Interest in health and wellbeing.
