Pharmacist Manager - Community Pharmacy
Working Pattern:
1. Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 17:30
2. Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 12:00
Are you a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist ready to take the next step into a leadership role? This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-established, community-focused pharmacy in a desirable coastal location.
We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead a friendly and experienced team, delivering high-quality care while shaping and growing pharmacy services within the local community.
About the Pharmacy
This is a well-organised and relatively low-volume branch, dispensing approximately 5,500-6,500 items per month. The pharmacy benefits from:

5. Excellent transport links, with a rail station nearby
6. Robotic dispensing technology (Medipac), allowing more time for patient care and service delivery

15. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
16. Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred services
17. Support, train, and motivate the pharmacy team
18. Ensure accurate and compliant dispensing
19. Provide expert advice and medication counselling
20. Conduct medication reviews and promote health initiatives
21. Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers
22. Maintain high standards of record-keeping and stock control
What We're Looking For
23. Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
24. Previous experience in community pharmacy (management experience desirable)
25. Strong leadership and organisational skills
26. A genuine passion for patient care and community health
27. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
28. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
29. A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
