Team Leader - Café
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join one of our Cafés, where a friendly, fast-paced environment awaits. With a passion for providing excellent customer service, a proactive can-do attitude, and great collaboration skills, you’ll help keep everyday operations running smoothly.
You’ll get to develop your skills across a range of responsibilities, from supporting the Manager and meeting business and financial goals to coaching, developing, and training team members, and leading by example with impeccable customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operations by maintaining operational and safety standards.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
* Lead by example by providing excellent customer experiences.
* Open and close the café and oversee operations in the Manager’s absence.
* Recognize and celebrate team members for excellent service.
* Learn our menu thoroughly and help the team do the same.
* Boost sales by ensuring optimal staffing and service delivery.
* Deliver Health & Safety and Food Safety training.
* Support the Café Manager with coaching and development.
* Continuously seek ways to improve customer service.
* Promote an inclusive environment where colleagues feel respected, valued, and safe.
Requirements
* Experience in hospitality with Team/Shift Leader roles.
* Passion for excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Initiative to improve working methods.
