Job Description
3. Assist with processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
4. Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
5. Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
6. Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
8. Monitor and manage financial data integrity and accuracy.
9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts when required.
10. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
12. Proficiency in using financial software or systems.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
15. Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial processes.
16. Good communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
17. Experience within the business services industry is beneficial but not essential.
