Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00 What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and manage inventory operations to maintain accurate stock records and optimal stock levels. Coordinate closely with procurement, sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movement. Conduct regular stock audits, investigate discrepancies and reduce shrinkage and obsolescence. Use inventory systems and reporting to monitor performance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Lead and support the stock team, promoting accountability, accuracy, and consistent stock control standards What We’re Looking For Proven experience in stock control, inventory management or supply chain operations. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with high attention to detail. Confident using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent practical experience is desirable. Key Areas of Success High levels of inventory accuracy supported by regular audits. Minimal stock discrepancies and reduced shrinkage. Optimised stock levels with low excess or obsolete inventory. Efficient stock turnover aligned to business demand.
