As Attendance Improvement Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to promote excellent attendance and punctuality, working closely with students, families, and staff to reduce absence and build a culture of aspiration and achievement. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing and delivering initiatives to motivate students and improve attendance.
* Monitoring and analysing attendance data to identify patterns and concerns.
* Liaising with parents/carers and external agencies to address attendance issues.
* Conducting home visits and attendance meetings (Driving Licence required).
* Supporting the wider admin team with flexibility and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong background in conflict resolution—you’ll handle sensitive conversations with confidence and care.
* A keen eye for detail—accuracy in data and reporting is essential.
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Knowledge of school attendance systems and referral processes.
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent)
