The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: 5+ years in the building services sector.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in Mechanical Installation and Management, ownership of duties, ability to work in fast-paced environments, good communication, punctuality, reliability.
* Qualifications: Mechanical bias knowledge preferred, valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver prefabrication and plantroom skid projects from conception to onsite delivery, installation, and commissioning.
* Review and approve engineering and technical drawings.
* Coordinate with external suppliers and site functions to ensure smooth project flow.
* Manage and develop the site management team.
* Procure plant and equipment per specifications.
* Track project costs to ensure budget adherence.
* Assist with the preparation of O&M manuals and compile all necessary documentation upon project completion.
Travel Requirements
* Primarily client site-based with regular site meetings.
* Based in Inverness with monthly visits to Glasgow.
