Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and member services to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations for efficiency and quality.
* Lead and deliver projects, ensuring milestones and stakeholder engagement.
* Improve membership processes, systems, and communications.
* Support strategic objectives alongside senior leadership.
* Oversee governance reporting for Board/Committees.
* Manage suppliers, budgets, and financial planning.
* Support events, conferences, and CPD delivery.
* Line manage staff/contractors.
Skills & Experience
* Operations management experience in a membership body (essential).
* Strong project management (Prince2/Agile/PMP desirable).
* Budget and resource management skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
* Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
* Knowledge of CRM/membership systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* Passion for professional development and member service.
