Working onsite Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, the post holder will be an HR generalist providing advice and support across all HR responsibilities.
Implement HR procedures whilst supporting site management team in issues including disciplinary and grievance, absence management, recruitment and retention, ethical standards and employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration of HR forms including return to works, sick notes, change of details, etc.
* Maintenance of HR systems, including SuccessFactors and ZOHO.
* Assistance with HR projects.
* Assisting in internal and external audits.
* Assist with implementing HR Strategies, ensuring sound understanding across site via various methods of communication.
* Manage local employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
* Act as trusted advisor to the SMT on all people and development issues.
* Liaise with site-based Agency Labour Provider to ensure continued compliance of processes and legislation.
* Implement site Modern Slavery processes and reporting.
* Attend and participate in site Weekly Improvement Meetings, ensuring logs, actions and projects are up to date.
