The RoleWe are looking for a Team Leader to join our Warehouse team in our Manufacturing site in Thirsk, North YorkshireThe Role:Your role as a Team Leader is to guide and oversee the efficient operation of your area whilst supporting your team to achieve their day-to-day objectives and contribute to the overall success of INSPIRED.On Offer:£15.37 per hour plus shift allowance of £0.87Shift pattern - Monday - Thursday (rotational days and night shift)48 hours per weekPaid monthly Key Responsibilities:Working Safely: Work in a safe manner at all times ensuring the safety of yourself and colleagues. Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times and raise any health and safety concerns through the appropriate channels. Facilitating Teamwork: Creating an environment where team members can collaborate, communicate, and work together toward common goals.Team Culture: Meet and greet at the start of the shift and regular updates throughout, praise a job well done, give clear direction on daily tasks/any changes to this.Task Assignment: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths is essential for achieving goals efficientlyDaily Management: Monitoring and assessing team performance is a critical accountability.
