**SENIOR CDP REQUIRED – NO WEEKENDS** We are looking for a Senior CDP for an ongoing weekly booking in Perth. The role is Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm, £17.14 per hour with one of our contract catering clients.
Please note, this is not a permanent position it is a temporary role on a week to week basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard which will include breakfast and lunches
2. Ensure food is cooked and presented accordingly to health and safety regulations
3. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
4. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
5. Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we ask of our Chefs?
6. Previous chef experience up to Senior Chef De Partie level
7. Own chef whites and knives
8. Right to work in the UK
9. Drivers preferred but not essential
If you had previous experience as a Chef De Partie, Senior Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, 2nd Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef, Development Chef, then we want to hear from you!
