The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects. You will be working with a broad range of clients including developers, investors, and businesses, with support from an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
* Providing clear, commercially-focused advice to clients
* Supporting senior team members on more complex matters
* Actively participating in business development and client relationship management
About You:
* 2–5 years PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical knowledge with a proactive and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Keen to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
