About The Role
This position is a Night Care Manager role operating on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern with a total of 38.5 hours per week. The role requires leading a night time care team to deliver personalised care, meeting and exceeding resident expectations while upholding HC‑One values of kindness, curiosity, compassion, creativity, courage and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the night care team to provide high‑quality, personalised care.
* Ensure care standards align with HC‑One values and are consistently exceeded.
* Implement safeguarding procedures, recognise potential abuse or neglect and report concerns promptly.
* Mentor staff, support CPD and facilitate career development pathways.
* Maintain accurate documentation and monitor quality of care delivered.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care essential; must be willing to complete Level 3.
* At least 6 months experience as a Senior / Team Leader in a residential care home setting.
* Strong leadership skills, ability to model respect and dignity, and act as a positive role model.
