About the role
Enterprise IT Leaders, Infrastructure & Operations (EITL, I&O) is an executive-level advisory service within the Gartner Executive Technology Services Product Suite, delivering expert insights and guidance tailored to each client’s critical initiatives.
This team specializes in Infrastructure & Operations (I&O), equipping I&O executives with insights, advice, and tools to achieve their priorities today and build successful organizations of tomorrow.
What you will do
* Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, mainly Infrastructure & Operations leaders reporting to CIOs, from global Fortune 1000 organizations and government agencies.
* Deliver value through briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and Gartner events as their Executive Partner.
* Use your experience and Gartner resources to coach clients on critical I&O initiatives and obstacles.
* Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to ensure value delivery, including Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, and peers across EITL domains.
* Maintain a high level of executive presence, build trust, and deliver value in a client-facing role.
* Contribute to member retention and regional growth through support of Gartner Sales activities.
* This role is primarily virtual, with you managing your own client portfolio and administrative tasks remotely.
What you will need
* 15+ years’ experience in an executive Infrastructure & Operations leadership role within a Fortune 500 company.
* Proven consulting, sales, or coaching skills at the executive level.
* Technical expertise in areas such as:
* Infrastructure and Operations strategy and governance
* Security and Risk (I&O focused)
* Cloud computing, DevOps, Cost Optimization, Digital Workplace
* Experience with modern I&O initiatives and methods.
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
