If so, this could be the role for you!
We’re delighted to be working exclusively with this business based in Northamptonshire as they look for a Marketing Operations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally and be central to the planning, production, and delivery of marketing assets across the business, supporting multiple brands and markets.
You will take ownership of marketing materials by planning critical paths for projects, including budget planning, forecasting, analysing historical data, and working with suppliers, internal teams and logistics to ensure materials are delivered to the right place and on time.
Elements of the role include:
* Managing packaging requirements, POS and print production for marketing assets.
* Forecast and demand planning.
* Creating production schedules and critical paths for work.
* Budget management and getting quotes for work.
* Presenting findings to the line manager and wider team.
* Getting quotes and liaising with suppliers.
* Communicating across the business including marketing, creative, sales, warehouse, supply chain, logistics.
Skills and experience needed:
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable using data and creating reports using Pivot Tables, V Lookups etc.
* Good analytical skills and able to draw insight from information provided.
* Highly organised and able to work at pace.
* Strong communicator- both written and verbal.
* Comfortable to present data and information in meetings.
* Ideally experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
* Some experience of working within print/packaging/POS production would be beneficial.
* Experience could come from an agency background.
