The Senior Innovation Manager will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white-space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.
Role Highlights
* Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
* Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
* Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability.
* Present proposals and progress updates to senior leadership, influencing future innovation strategy.
You Will Need
* Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG or consumer goods.
* Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.
* Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls.
* Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.
* Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
